Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

ABM Entertainment Worldwide Inc. (“ABM”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name and email address and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number and company, the type of request and its details (for example the artist, event date, venue or budget) and your message.

Technical information. Our servers may temporarily log basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and working. The contact form service uses your IP address only to prevent abuse and does not store it.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

2. How we use your information

  • To answer your inquiry and follow up on the bookings, campaigns, music services or events you ask about.
  • To prevent spam and abuse of the website.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use your contact details for marketing without your consent.

3. How long we keep it

Messages sent through the contact form are deleted automatically after 90 days. If we start working with you, we keep the related correspondence for as long as the relationship and our legal obligations require. Each message also reaches our team by email; we keep those emails only as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, or for as long as a working relationship and our legal obligations require.

4. Who we share it with

Your message goes to the ABM team member who handles your request. We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our email (for example, hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.

5. Content from other companies

Some features load content from other companies: Spotify and Apple Music (when you press play on a track) and YouTube (when you play a video). These companies may collect information and set cookies under their own privacy policies.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us. Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may have additional rights, such as objecting to certain uses or filing a complaint with a data protection authority. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

7. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed in the United States.

10. Do Not Track

This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and it does not use advertising or analytics cookies, so it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. The only other companies that can collect information about your activity here are the ones in section 5, and only once you press play; on artist pages, video previews are images served by YouTube. How they respond to “Do Not Track” is up to their own policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
